    that are quick and easy that I make all the time with Boca burger. The easiest recipe I make with Boca burger is tacos. I take out one packet of Boca crumbles (equivalent to one half pound of ground beef) and heat the Boca on the stove. I sprinkle Taco seasoning over the Boca to give it flavor. The Boca does not take long to heat up, only about five minutes, so I usually don't pull the Boca out of the freezer until the oven is heated up and ready for the taco shells. While the taco shells cook in the oven for 5-6 minutes, I heat my Boca up over the stove. After the Boca is heated up and the shells are ready, just top your tacos with your favorite toppings and dinner is ready.
