She is even more upset because they weren’t paying attention. She then proceeds to turn to the judges, and notices an apple in a roasted pig’s mouth. She pulls back the bow and releases and it hits an apple in a pig’s mouth, in the middle of the crowd of judges. They are left stunned, angry, and upset about that, and they score her. The next day, they get their scores, and she gets an 11/12, which is the highest out of anybody. She, and everybody else, is shocked about how high the score is. This was one of the crucial scenes in the movie, and it really led the story on. The Hunger Games was written by Suzanne Collins, on September 14, 2008. The Hunger Games was published by Scholastic Corporation. The book is about a dystopian society where every year, this country has two people (one male, one female) per district that they choose to enter a competition. The two per district fight in a battle to the death until there is only one standing. The book is about the struggles with the battle and the life surrounding it. The main characters are: Katniss Everdeen, who the book follows, Peeta Mellark, Gale Hawthorne, and President Snow, who resides over the entire thing.
