    1. How do the young boys of South Park define the term “fag”? Who they compare “fags” to? How do the young boys’ view and use of the term “fag” resemble that of the boys at River High School? a. The young boys of South Park define the term fag as an extremely annoying, inconsiderate person most commonly associated with Harley riders who feel the need for attentions. They compare fags to sixteen-year-old girls. They view the term fag based off of a person’s behavior. They distinguished gay and fag to be completely different terminology, unlike the rest of the adults. Towards the young boys if you ride a motorcycle then you are a fag, simple as that. The way the term fag is resemble to the article River High School is similar because the boys called other boys fags if they have certain characteristics that is considered to be a fag. The difference I notice between the clip and the article is in the article if one person is called a fag they can either stay a fag or quickly do something else that would unidentified them as a fag. The boys at River High School had different opportunity to show their peers they are not fags, but others fail by doing so if they cannot find a way to associate themselves to the characteristics of a fag, based of their peer’s definitions. 2.
