    Do we blame management for this problem because they didn't train their officers better at the police academy? I do not think officer’s training at the police academy is the problem. Police academy just need to involve more people training, which can involve communication and building relationship with people in the community as an exercise or whatever the cast maybe. Communication and Relationship is an enormous method of policing. This will show too many officer who’s in the police academy that a great relationship and dialogue with the people in the communities will help bring positive attitude and satisfaction to African American and other cultural out there.
