    Executive Summary …a traditional Polish cuisine Mission Statement: To inspire the Polish cuisine experience and provide popular & classic gourmet Polish’s delicious dishes including pierogi, sausages, and desserts. Polska Fever uses only local’s high quality ingredients and will provide option products for those with special dietary needs. Management Plan: Polska Fever will be a member-managed Limited Liability Company, organized in the state of New York, and operating out of a custom built food truck. Head Chef Andrew Stadnicki, Aaron Bye, and David Gustafson are owner-operators, and will share the responsibilities of day-to-day operations. Operations Plan: Polska Fever will operate 4 days a week and also depends on the season and weather, and we will serve lunch and dinner on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
