Everyone wants live in a safe affordable well planned community with easy access to community amenities and employment. When it comes to planning those communities, landowners, developers, planners, public agencies and municipal councils all play a role in determining future land use. It is also important to ensure that residents have also opportunities to connect with stakeholders and express opinions and concerns regarding future development.
