When they first come to the floor, they’ll come from either outside the unit, outside the hospital or they’ll come from downstairs, Bayfront and they are coming on up here with high scores, so that’s the most difficult, is to establish um, some sort of baseline and, and get them eating instead of having to throw a tube down.
