Without skipping a beat, five years later, she resumed her administration of justice career as a magistrate in Virginia’s 15th Judicial District, which includes the city of Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties. At 54, married for 27 years, Seketta is the mother of two middle school children who attend Stafford County public schools. She has been a soccer coach for their team and devotes her free time to her family. Seketta was born in Jessup, Georgia, where her father is a retired elementary school principal and her deceased mother was a business education teacher. She graduated from Camden County High School in Georgia and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
