    Cost Of Animal Captivity

Animals are born with natural instincts that kick in at a very young age. If an animal is raised in a zoo it may not know what to do when released into the wild. These animals may not be able to survive. So which is best for the animals, the wild or the zoo? Honestly, I believe animals should live in the wild. When an animal is born in captivity their natural instincts may not kick in. These animals are raised without the fear of predators, the instinct to hunt, or even to be on their own. Once the animals are released into the wild they are subject to predators and poachers. These animals will expect their food to be given to them, and this might cause them to eventually starve to death. Raising animals in captivity decreases their chances of survival in the wild drastically. According to “The Impact of Animal Protection” the release of animals from captivity will be very dangerous since they’re just released back to their home, they will need their instincts that they may have forgotten how to use. This is why animals are better off in the wild because, it won’t be dangerous to release them back to the wild because they are already there knowing what to do and how to do it. In the wild they will get use to the predators and know what to do if they come close to taking them from existence also they will know how to get there food when it comes to time. They will and can protect thereself in the wild from these instincts of theres. The animals released may be terrified…

Have you ever been to a zoo? Zoos are very popular and everyone has been to at least one, at some point in their life. They are known for showing off the wild animals, and educating you on them at the same time. I don’t think zoos do very well with that. To me, a zoo is a large business that captures wild animals and changes their lives forever. They hold them in captivity and don’t treat them like the should, like wild animals. Many zoos are businesses and known for only caring about the money,…

held in zoos are an endangered species, or were simply injured and cannot return to the wild. However, some zoos import animals from the wild that are illegally trafficked by poachers. After the animals have been taken away from its natural habitat it is nearly impossible to release captive-bred animals. in zoos and similar facilities are valid. The pro-rights group is correct in that the intentional deprivation of a being’s freedom merely to make a business of it is all but despicable. Even more, there is no reason to maintain zoos in such poor conditions that physically harm the animals being kept. That’s not to say, however, that the whole concept of animal captivity should be dismissed as cruel and unjust, as there are certain circumstances in which it can be justified. There are several…
