Bukkotsu nage

Stance Tai.
Both In Judo Grab. High lapel grab (migi) & low on the sleeve (hidari) to give space to the technique .

Attack: Judo throw.
Defence: Use migi to stab thumb in Bukkotsu. Use another hand to hold down the attacker's arm and take them down to the A point. Keep pressing Bukkotsu while on the ground.

Stance:

A: choke. cross your arms when grabbing the top of the gi and try to strangle using the gi and forearm.


D: Drop your chin to keep breathing. Meuchi and strike chudan. Grab the bottom wrist with your opposite hand. Hit the attacker's wrist with the other hand to break the grip ( “shuho; attack top wrist”).
Pull and lock the attacker towards your body elbow under the elbow.
Pivot on the back foot and guide the attacker to nage or call.
If all that fails move to eri juji.

Kubi jime nage

A: choke with top arm palm up.


D: avoid chock. Grab attacker hand with you thumb on the outside (over). Use the other hand to lock while turn away from them. Like Gykatu nage go elbow to elbow.


Place yourself to be able to do Se Nage. Throw the attacker over your shoulder.

Defense against choking = Kubijime, ducking chin to your chest


Kenjime dori

A: attack keimyaku / matsukaze with ken using the knuckles to chock. Not so much a punch, more of a press - it’s one of the strangles. One hand grab a lapel low down and the other hand grab the other lapel high up and use it as a lever to get the fist into the throat.


Defence : Either eri juji take down or...




Defence: get chin in the way. Same side as the punch break by attacking tembin. Then a bit like eri juji move back then bring attackers arm into an S shape and take down.
