Lion's breath
|
Lion’s breath relieves tension in the face by stretching the jaw and tongue. We did lion’s breath in a kneeling position, with our hands on our knees. We inhaled through the nose. We exhaled through the mouth, making a “ha” sound, with our mouth wide and our tongues stretched out.
