What is Perestroika?
Under Gorbachev the restructuring of the Soviet Union's bureaucracy and economy.
What is the Truman Doctrine?
It aimed at "containing communinsm" in areas already occupied by the Red Army. It included military aid to Greece and Turkey and helped to reconstruct the European econmy
