When filling a drink out of a pitcher, where should the glass be?
Tea and water may be served at the table, coffee must be served from a tray.
When should you check or correct a guest count on a table?
Before you ring it in ask kids their age, double check # of adults/children.
How do you present money to the cashier?
In descending order all facing one direction.

The servers put the crab crackers on the table and fill the sugar caddies on the tables between each seating.

Yes, get it from the bar.

Up to three, use judgement. Let manager know before it comes a problem.
