Asthma: Consider epi 1:1,000 0.3mg (0.3ml) IM w/ impending resp failure, unable tolerate neb therapy Consider mag sulf 2gms slow for refractory status asthmaticus. Admin by adding 2mg to 100-250 ml NS & infusing over 10min |
