you would need knee pads always, and a sprots drink or water to keep from passing out and also a first aid kit just in case you get hurt. NEVER EVER EVER PLAY ON HOT DAY TO PREVENT A HEAT STROKE!!!!!!!!

what type of clothing are needed?

you should always wear shorts and t-shirt. cotton is very okay.
