Volar Barton fracture - often mistaken for a colles fracture, the injury is an intra-articular radial fracture spanning the wrist joint. It is an oblique fracture with volar displacement of the distal part.

Dorsal Bartons fracture - distal displacement following intra-articular fracture of the distal radius.

Sail sign - these blackened areas represent fat pads. As you can see there is one either side of the humerus. This suggests a fracture.
