Pina Colada |
3oz light rum, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of crushed pineapple. Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at high speed for a short time. Strain into a Collins glass and serve with a straw. |

Zombie |
1oz light rum, 1/2 oz of creme de almond, 1 1/2 oz of sweet and sour, 1/2 oz of triple sec, 1 1/2 oz of orange juice, and 1/2 oz of 151 proof rum. Shake all ingredients except the 151 proof rum, with ice. Strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Float the 151 proof rum over top, add a cherry if desired, and serve. |

Planter's Punch |
1 part dark rum, 1/2 part orgeat syrup, 2 parts orange juice, 1 part pineapple juice. Combine all ingredients. Serve over ice in a collins glass. Serve with live wedge and a maraschino cherry. |
