-Hypersensitivity including Steven-Johnson syndrome
-Blood dyscrasias (hemolytic anemia, agranulocytosis, aplastic anemia) -Crystalluria (clients should consume 2-3 L/day to prevent crystals in the urine) -Jaundice -Photosensitvity -DO NOT administer if creatinine is less than 15 mL/min -Sulfonamides can increase the effects of warfarin (coumadin), monitor for increased bleeding, adjust dosage accordingly |
