Evaporation
When water gets sucked up out of a body of water into the atmosphere.
Transpiration
When moisture from the ground, plants, animals etc. gets sucked up into the atmosphere.
Condensation
Water in it's condensed vapor form a.k.a a cloud.
Vapor Transport
The movement of water vapor between clouds.
Percipitation
When water vapors goes back to it's solid or liquid state and falls back to the ground. A.K.A rain, snow, sleet etc.
Infiltraition
When water absorbs into the ground passing through pervious soil.
Percolation
Pretty much the same as Infiltration
Surface Runnoff
Water that runs across the land from rain or snowmelts.
Pervious Ground
Ground that lets water pass through
Impervious Ground
Ground that doesn't let water pass through.
