March 1917. strikes and workers demonstration was fired up in Petrograd as Saint Petersburg names was changed. the government of Russia was handed to Duma. which lead to provisional Government which was composed of Constitutional Democrats with Western sympathies. the pg had very strong loyalty to Russia and for that they helped continue the war. |
