What are the functions of the coronary arteries and veins?

They supply the heart with oxygenated blood and take away the deoxygenated blood so that the heart has its own blood supply.

Which ventricle has thicker walls and why is this so?

The left ventricle wall is thicker because it pumps blood a much greater distance than the right ventricle does. The thicker walls generate more power to pump the blood around the whole body.

What is the function of the tendons that connect the AV valves and the ventricle walls?

They stop the AV valves from inverting when the ventricles contract so that blood doesn't flow back to the atria.
