After the start of this new farming technique people started tp have more food. since there was a food surplus there less people needed to do farming. Now people could do what they wanted. some people started to be artists, potters, bankers, merchants, etc. After this started taking the place they needed someone to tell them what they could and could not. This is how the government was formed. |
