What is Plenary-verbal inspiration?

Biblical writers were completely inspired by God to record their revelations down to the choice of wording.

God inspired the biblical writers to record their revelations of Himself. The collected works form a complete book which does not contradict itself. The Holy Spirit overruled the writer's fallibility and limitations to produce an infallible revelation of God which does not detract from the author's personality.
