Tactile acuity is the ability to distinguish the difference from one pointed touch and two pointed touch. Often directly relates to sensitivity.
How does tactile acuity relate to Braille?
Braille must be spaced so that it matches acuity, and blind person can identify dots
How do absolute identification and relative identification relate when referring to sense of smell?
Sense of smell is not so good at absolute identification, but very sensitive to relative comparison of smells.
