Abdo Valsalva manouvre precautions, Rx & Mx (3)
|
1. Reversion with ectopic activity for up to 30 s or longer. Rx with O2. excluding AF and atrial flutter
2. No reversion. Mx with SVT unstable SBP <100 mmHg. MICA to Rx with Adenosine. excluding AF and atrial flutter 3. No reversion with rapid deterioration. Mx for Altered conscious state and include AF or atrial flutter. MICA to Rx with synchronised cardioversion @ 75 J. |
