*Movement Exercises as it only would cause further injuries to the skin, such as tears and breaks

by inflammation and burning in the eyes,
tears, headaches, the feeling of having “sand in the eyes”, reduced eye
sight and the illusion of seeing coloured

How long will it take snow blindness to subside without medical help?

*They will become delirious or even unconscious

What are the symptoms of someone with Heat Stroke?

*A heat stroke may occur very suddenly
*The face turns red; the skin becomes hot and dry, and perspiration stops
completely
*The patient will suffer from violent headaches; the pulse becomes fast and strong and unconsciousness may occur


How should you treat someone with Heat Stroke?

*Try and provide cooling to the affected person by moistening the clothing and by fanning fresh air
*Open the person’s clothing and lay the person down in the shade, if possible not on the ground
*Do not give any drugs
