PE: testicle in normal position & lie; cremesteric reflex present; support of testicle DOES decrease pain
US: normal blood flow
Rx for torsion
detorsion with bilateral orchioplexy within 6 hrs
Rx for epididymitis
< 35 y/o
(GC/chlamydia) --> ceftriaxone IM + doxycyline x 10 days

> 35 y/o or h/o anal intercourse (enterobacteriaceae) --> TMP-SMX or FQ x 10-14 days
