future
 used to tell what "will" happen, or what "shall" happen. not used to express a willingness to do something. For this, use the verb "querer." used to express wonder or probability in the present state. For actions that will occur in the near future, the present tense is more commonly used.
past participle
 can be used as adjectives. can be combined with the verb "ser" to express the passive voice. Use this construction when an action is being described, and introduce the doer of the action with the word "por."
present perfect
frequently used for past actions that continue into the present, or continue to affect the present. often used with the adverb "ya"(already).
past perfect
used when a past action was completed prior to another past action. Expressions such as "ya", "antes", "nunca", "todavía" and "después" will often appear in sentences where one action was completed before another.
future perfect
 used to describe what will have happened in the future before a different action takes place, or by a specific time. If, however, the conjecture or expression of probability is about the present, the future tense is used. But if the main clause is in the present, the future is used.
conditional
 (would) the conditional is used to express probability, possibility, wonder or conjecture, and is usually translated as would, could, must have or probably. With regards to reported speech, notice that if the main clause is in the past, the conditional is used. used for conjecture and to express probability with regards to a past action
imperfect subjunctive
used to express the same subjectivity as the present subjunctive, but in the past
Pluperfect (past perfect) Subjunctive
is used to express the same subjectivity as the present subjunctive, but, like the pluperfect indicative, at a point before another action in the past.
Present Perfect Subjunctive
used when a verb or expression requiring the subjunctive in the main clause is in the present, future, or present perfect. You might notice that the same definition holds true for the regular (present) subjunctive, so what's the difference? The present subjunctive is used when the dependent clause is in the present or future, while the present perfect subjunctive is used when the dependent clause is in the past.
Conditional Perfect / Past Conditional
(would have)used to indicate an action that would have occurred in the past if a certain condition had been met. The latter can be stated or implied. (sí clause, probability or supposition in past)
Conditional Progressive
(would be)expresses an action that would be in progress at a certain point in time. In Spanish, it can also make a conjecture about what might or must be happening.
future progressive
the future progressive expresses an action that will be in progress at a certain point in the future.
present participle (gerund)
An impersonal verb form which is used as an adjective or adverb to express an action in progress. It is used to refer to an action which is simultaneous with or prior to the action of the other verb in the sentence. Progressive
