Individualistic Fallacy
-The idea that people have racism is purely on an individual level.

Tokenistic Fallacy
•Because there are black people that are upwardly mobile, it indicates that we are not racist.

Legalistic Fallacy
•We are a post-racial society, because we don’t say certain words, we are not racist

Historical Fallacy
•History doesn’t matter, what happens in the past doesn’t matter. But, history plays a role

Fixed Fallacy
•We aren’t racist now because we aren’t segregated.
