Yes, because of the Refugee crisis going on today.

Probably because it wasn't our problem in some situations and wanted to keep our country safe.

It depends on the situation, if it's a country that's in need of aid then no. If it's 2 countries fighting, then yes.

Yes, because the foreigners could terrorize the country. But yet all foreigners are not bad.
