Happens with elbow ground injury.

Glenohumeral injury
|
Comes from external rotation, abducting and extension.
Anterior and inferior are most common. Repeated dislocations makes groove, makes the process more likely. Eventually have to go in and have it filled. Posterior dislocation uncommon. Inferior dislocation can happen with hands above head. |

Rotator Cuff tears
|
Most common is supraspinatus. Test by making them put their hand on their saccrum.
