Septic

Fever, localized rash, tachycardia, tachypnea, normotension, slight thirst, muscle fatigue, anxiety. (Toxins resulting from systematic infective agents move through the bloodstream and body.

Neurogenic shock /spinal

Normal heart rate, skin may be pink warm and dry, decreased body temp, decreased LOC, C-SPINE.

Anaphylactic shock

Severe allergic reaction. Flushed cool moist skin, urticaria(hives), pruritis (itchiness), rash, slight swelling, tachycardia, tachypnea, wheezes , anxiety. ASSIST EPI PEN.
