Step 1

Identify the issue to clear and get present to the emotion of it.

Think about the person, event, experience and identify the emotion associated with it.

Step 2

State what the emotion/feeling says

If it were a child what would it say...think back to the repeating things you thought or said during the experience.

Step 3

Using the same words as the statement (s) create the cancellation by adding in the word not or removing the word not or the word don't. This should be inserted at the start of the sentence but at least 2 words in and 1 word before the last word of the sentence.

Step 4

Check to be sure all emotion is gone keep going until there is nothing left you are neutral.

Check by getting present again visualize, reflect be sure it's gone.

Step 5

Add in the new positive beliefs you'd like to have take place of the old negative emotions.

It does not have to be one belief per cancellation. It must be written in cursive handwriting in the positive present tense as if it already were and it must make you feel good enough to completely cover the negative emotion.
