What is Net Force?
When two or more forces act on an object at the same time.
What is Balanced Force?
Equal forces on a object in size and in opposite direction.
What is a Unbalanced Force?
Forces on an object that are un-equal in stregenth, and opposite in direction.
What is Inerita?
The tendency of an object to resist any change in it's motion.
What is Newton's First Law?
A object at rest stays at rest, unless a net force acts upon it.
What is Newton's Second Law
Basically, where you throw it is where it goes, and how hard you throw it is how fast it accelrates.
What is the equation for accelration?
Accelration=Net Force/Mass.(M=F/A)
What is Sliding Friction?
The force that opposes the motion of sliding objects.(Moving)
What is Static Friction?
The friction between two surfaces that are not moving.
What affects Air Resistance?
Speed, Size, and Shape
In what range does air resistance affect.(e.x. United States, Earth, Moon)
Air resistance affects everything in the Earth's Atmosphere.
What determines how fast objects fall?
The mass of objects and the distance between objects.
e.x. shape
What is Newton's Third Law?
For every action, there is a equal and opposite reaction.
What is the dirrerence between Mass and Weight.
Weight is a force, and Mass is a measurment of the amount of matter a object contains.
What is Momentum affected by?
Momentum is affected by speed and mass. (Momentum's equation is Momentum=Mass* Velocity.(P=M*V))
