What is acceleration?

Acceleration is the rate of change in velocity.

Non-uniform motion is when the motion of an object is changing speed or direction. A roller coaster does not have uniform motion because it is going slower uphill and faster downhill.

Negative acceleration happens when the car's speed
decreases (when the brakes are applied or when your foot is taken off the accelerator going up hill). |

How do you find the slope of a line on a graph?

You use rise / run or (rise over run). (divide run into rise). Rise is the numbers on the y axis and run are the numbers on the x axis.
