Alfredo Sauce

Italy's version of ice cream, but contains less fat. it is made with mostly whole milk and a small amount of heavy cream (with ice cream it is just the opposite) it is also typically made with a custard base (cooked egg yolks and milk) so it is more dense and smoother product.
