A Nice Little Tossed Salad

Preparation: small salad dressed with balsamic vinaigrette, sliced cucmbers, cherry tomatoes, and carrots


Presentation: greens, julienned carrots, sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette

Classic Caesar

Preparation: romaine lettuce, cut in 1 inch pieces, tosedd in traditional Caesar dressing, made from garlic, parmesan, lemon, and anchovies


Presentation: romaine lettuce tossed with house made Caesar, house made croutons, shaved parm


Garnish: Topped wih shaved parmesan cheese (NO lemon)

Baby Iceberg Wedge Salad

Preparation: Tomatoes, cucumbers, surry bacon, cheddar, blue cheese, ranch dressing


Presentation: half of a head of baby iceber, cut in two. HOuse made butterlink ranch, sliced cucmbers, surry bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar, and crumbled gorgonzola

Organic Spinach Salad

Preparation: baby spinach, pears, tomatoes, gorgonzola, candied pecans, balsamic vinaigrette

Blueberry Salad

Preparation: arugula tossed with almonds, blueberries, goat cheese crumbles and honey lemon vinaigrette, all tossed together

Emerald Kale Salad

Preparation: finely chopped kale and purple cabbage, with julienned carrots, crushed pistachois, dried, cranberries, dressed in a vinagrette made with white miso, ginger, garlic, and rice wine vinegar

Rosemary Crusted Filet Salad

Preparation: smaller pieces of our filet 4oz are seasoned with salt, pepper, fresh rosemary, and grilled to order (medium rare unless specified)


Presentation: served with arugula, grilled asparagus, hardboiled egg halved, charred red onion, truffle vianagrette. Filet sliced and presented around with a horseradish cream sauce.
