If you have experienced any form of crime and abuse Safe Horizon offers services across all five boroughs. Every day, we assist victims of all types of crime and abuse including: robbery, assault, harassment, elder abuse, gang violence, and community violence.

Our Hotline advocates offer personalized, non-judgmental support, talk to you about your safety, provide information about resources in your community, and connect you to our programs and services.

Community Programs

Our Community Programs work to ensure that survivors have ongoing support during their journey. Our compassionate Community Program staff provide:Safety planning, advocacy, case management, information and referrals, supportive counseling, and support groups.

Criminal Court Programs

Our Criminal Court Reception Centers provide a safe place for victims and witnesses to wait while in Criminal Court. Case managers at the Criminal Court Programs can assist you with questions you may have about your case, the criminal justice system, or the services for which you may be eligible, such as assistance with relocation, transportation, and compensation.

Family Justice Centers

FJCs are walk-in facilities that bring together professionals from multiple social and legal service agencies to help survivors of domestic violence, elder abuse and sex trafficking. FJCs offer services in multiple languages and help survivors regardless of their immigration status. FJCs also provide a place for children ages three and up to go while their parents receive services, which include:Safety planning, case management, counseling, legal assistance, housing assistance and financial assistance.
