The pilot draws a line across the page below the last step performed and signing above the linewith name and date. The same check list can be reissued to complete the rest of the steps.

What administrative items need to be accomplished for each cannibalization action performed?
|
1. Document all turn-in documents, reqs, WO/MAFs, OOMA Log Sets and EHR, SRC, ASR and MSR cards as applicable.
2. Initiate the cannibalization wizard in OOMA or a cann MAF and transfer the document numbers via supply. 3. Ensure requisitions are transferred accordingly in AMSRR. 4. Add the Cann Log to CPRG Sharepoint by 1200 EST on the first working day of the month to Group. |
