service glass-rocks, prep glass-rocks




1. add 1/2 orange wheel to rocks glass


2. evenly cover orange with 1 sugar packet


3. cover sugar with 2 dashes angostura bitters


4. top with 2 luxardo cherries and partial bar spoon of luxardo cherry juice


5. muddle thoroughly


6. add 2 oz woodford reserve bourbon


7. fill glass with ice

Pecan Manhattan

service glass-chilled cocktail, prep glass-tin




1. add 2 oz pecan infused woodford reserve bourbon, 3/4 oz tuaco, 1/4 oz sweet vermouth and 1/4 oz maple water to tin


2. fill tin with ice


3. shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass


4. add 2 luxardo cherries on a spear

Pin Gin Fizz

1. add 1 1/2 oz pink gin, 1 oz lemon juice and 1 oz simple syrup to mixing tin


2. fill tin with ice


3. shake and strain into collins glass with fresh ice


4. top with 1 oz soda water and 1/2 oz pinot noir float


5. garnish with a lemon peel

1. dust rim of cocktail glass with crushed graham crackers


2. add 2 oz smirnoff vanilla vodka, 1/2 oz parrot bay rum, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup and 1heaping barspoon of house made whipped cream to tin


3. fill 80% with ice


4. shake vigorously and strain into prepped cocktail glass

1. combine 2 1/2 oz belvedere vodka with 80% full tin of ice


2. shake for 8-10 seconds for 20% dilution

1. combine 2 oz pine fin vodka, 1/2 oz cointreau, 1 oz cranberry juice and 1/2 oz lime juice in tin


2. fill tin with 80% ice, shake vigorously and strain into chilled and garnished cocktail glass

Herradura Margarita

1. combine 1 1/2 oz herradura silver tequila, 1/2 oz cointreau, 1 oz house made sour, and 1/2 oz lime juice in mixing tin


2. add ice to tin, shake vigorously and strain into service glass with 1/2 salt rim over fresh ice

1. add 1 1/2 oz herradura silver tequila, 1/2 oz st. germain elderflower, 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice, 3/4 oz lime juice, 1/2 oz agave nectar and 1/4 oz monin ruby red grapefruit syrup in tin


2. add ice to mixing tin


3. shake vigorously and strain into 1/2 salt rim glass over fresh ice

1. muddle 2 slices of ginger in mixing tin


2. add 1 1/2 oz habanero/serano infused cazadores blanco, 3/4 oz liquor 43, 3/4 oz blood orange puree, 1/2 oz pom juice, and 1/2 oz lime juice to mixing tin


3. add ice to mixing tin


4. shake vigorously and double strain into service glass with 1/2 salt rim over fresh ice


5. garnish with 2 lime wheels
