What are utility ropes used for?

They are used for housing and lowering of equipment, creating barriers, and lashing equipment together.

What color is water rescue rope and what is it made of?

Yellow and made of polypropylene or polyethylene.

What are the washing procedures for rope?

1 - use tide detergent and cool water.


2 - make the soap and water solution, then agitate the rope in the solution for a period of time (10 to 15 minutes).


3 - rise thoroughly until no evidence of soap is coming out.


4 - Dry the rope, without using heat our direct sunlight. Hanging in tracks or draped over saw houses are common methods
