What is artificial intelligence (AI), who/what has AI, and are humans able to have AI?

1. Computers must be given information and it cannot choose what it fed.

Lycan stated that people in general would treat Harry as a person, even if they knew he were a humanoid. The only fact that separates Harry from being normal from the rest of mankind is his origin, which is a laboratory. Harry, nevertheless was treated like a person.

Is Harry considered conscious?

Lycan and others cannot prove that Harry doesn't have a consciousness. All that they know is that human beings have a "mental state" where they react to different situations, and Harry follows this criteria, and does it in the right way. But with the limited resources at this that time, they could not prove whether Harry was conscious or not.

In the example of Henrietta, where a normal girl was replaced with synthetic material, including limbs, arteries, etc, what will she be considered?

Because her body has been replaced with synthetic material, her body would have become a collection of artifacts according to Lycan.
