The banks in the 1920s, had so much money that they didn't know what to do with it, and therefore when the people came to take it out, and eventually not everybody got any money back. |

Overproduction |
In the 1920s, companies built many new items, that eventually had no market. With the stock market crash and the fears of further economic woes, individuals from all classes stopped purchasing items. This then led to a reduction in the number of items produced and thus a reduction in the workforce. |

Europe could no onger afford American made goods. As the govt. created new laws to protect the citizens. The laws charged a high tariff, and so that lead to less trade between foreign countries
