Was an Austrian-born German politician who was the leader of the Nazi Party. He was chancellor of Germany from 1933 to 1945 and Führer of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945.

Adolf Hitler

Gestapo

Is a set of political beliefs associated with the Nationalsozialismus. It started in the 1920s. The Party gained power in 1933, starting the Third Reich. They lasted in Germany until 1945, at the end of World War II.

Nazism

Is a form of radical authoritarian nationalism that came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe. Influenced by national syndicalism, it originated in Italy during World War I, combining more typically right-wing positions with elements of left-wing politics

Fascism

Translated to Protection Squadron, was a major paramilitary organization under Adolf Hitlerand the Nazi Party (NSDAP). It began in 1923 and under Himmler's leadership (1929–45), it grew from a small paramilitary formation to one of the largest and most powerful organizations in the Third Reich.

Shutzstaffel

Was an Italian politician, journalist, and leader of the National Fascist Party, ruling the country as Prime Minister from 1922 until his ousting in 1943. He ruled constitutionally until 1925, when he dropped all pretense of democracy and set up a legal dictatorship. Known as Il Duce

Benito Mussolini

was a pogrom (a series of coordinated deadly attacks) against Jews throughout Nazi Germany and Austria on 9–10 November 1938, carried out by SA paramilitary forces and non-Jewish civilians. Night of Broken Glass.

Kristallnacht

was a racist ideology that proposed the justifiable, territorial expansion of Germany, during the Third Reich (1933–1945), advocated Germany’s territorial expansion into Eastern Europe, justified by the need for agricultural land in order to maintain the town-and-country balance upon which depended the moral health of the German people.

Lebensraum

is an autobiographical manifesto by Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, in which he outlines his political ideology and future plans for Germany. Volume 1 of Mein Kampf was published in 1925 and Volume 2 in 1926.
