-Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills
-a set of standardized, individually administered measures of early literacy development. They are designed to be short (one minute) fluency measures used to regularly monitor the development of pre-reading and early reading skills.
Running Record
-allows you to record a child’s reading behavior as he or she reads from the book
-You can analyze the results of your running record assessment to gain insights into a child’s reading and to assign children to the appropriate developmental level for their guided reading sessions.
