Can get patient to perform actively.

Positive = reproduction of familiar pain over wrist
Murphey's sign
Tests for lunate dislocation

Ask patient to make a fist.

If the level of the 3rd met is equal with the 2nd and the 4th this indicates lunate dislocation.
