Summarize "Johnny Got His Gun."
Joe was a teenager living his life in peace, that was after he was supposedly drafted into the war. His girlfriend was Kareen, age 19. She was the last person he saw aside from his family before he went off to war. He was found fighting alongside the Englishmen by doctors and nurses and bought him to a hospital, where his legs and arms got amputated and during his time in the war, his face got badly hurt, parts of it was blown up. While in the hospital, they removed different parts of his face. He was sinking in and out of consciousness. He communicated by tapping the Morse Code with his head on the pillow. His first nurse never understood what that meant. He later had a new nurse who later communicated with him by writing letters with her figures on Joe's chest. He understood, but another nurse who later came in, got a doctor to see what Joe wanted. Joe wanted out of the hospital, but they never released him from the hospital because of his condition. He remained in the hospital for the rest of his days!
Joe's favorite saying by a famous soldier, Patrick Henry was, "Johnny, get your gun!"
