Walk against their flow, they will speed up as you pass them.
If you want to apply gentle pressure to a cow do move in the opposite pin ball direction so to speak what can I do?
Rock back and forth gently to increase pressure. If the cow walks calmly away it trusts you and isn't over pressured.
