What was the Ten Percent Plan?
It was when 10 percent of the voters of a state took an oath of loalty to the Union, after this, the state could form a new government and adopt a constitution- a constitution banning slavery
What was the Wade-Davis Bill?
The bill offered a plan much harsher than the Ten Percent Plan. First, majority of white males in a state had to swear their loyalty to the Union. Second, teh state constitutional convention could be held, but only white males who swore they had never taken up arms agains the Union could vote for delegates to this convention. Former Confederates were also denied the right to hold public office. The convention had to adopt a new state constitution that abolished slavery. Only then could the state be readmitted to the Union.

What was Johnston's plan, and what did it say?
It was called Restoration and it said that most Southerners would be granted a pardon once they swore an oath of loyalty to the Union. HIgh-ranking Confederate officials and wealthy people who owned ladn could only be pardoned by appplying personally to the president.
