Land
the earth's surface extending downward to the center of the earth and upward into space, including permanent natural objects such as trees and water

Coal Notice
In PA the seller is required to provide notice to purchases about whether a structure on the land is entitled to support from the underlying coal. If seller can't certify the structure is support then the seller must inform the purchaser there is no protection to the structure against subsidence damage from mining operations.
